Warm and pleasant living comfort with Magnesium

Our mental and physical comfort in life is invaluable, especially nowadays, when so much is happening around us. The pace of life is much faster. Everything has accelerated, there is more and more information to absorb and things to do, and the day is still 24 hours long, and it does not want to get longer like "rubber". Sometimes I hear from my friends that "it would be good if the day had 48 hours, so that everything could be done in peace". I don't think it would change anything for the better, quite the opposite. A longer day means more work. More information means more work for the brain.

And where is there room for rest, pleasure, relaxation and taking care of ourselves?

Sometimes in this rush we forget about ourselves. Sometimes we eat too quickly or even forget to eat because there are too many things that take up all the time in our day. Too many stressful subjects and inadequate nutrition results in the weakening of the organism after some time. This will be caused, among other things, by deficiencies of vitamins and minerals we need to function properly. In this post I want to draw attention to a very necessary for life element which is magnesium.

I think that you know very well how the lack of Magnesium in the organism causes unfavourable symptoms: irritability, tiredness, lack of concentration, problems with sleep and memory, muscle cramps of various intensity (even painful), twitching of eyelids, palpitations and many others.

Magnesium is most often washed out of the organism through a stressful life, poor diet with magnesium, excessive consumption of stimulants (coffee, alcohol, tea), but also in the case of sport, medication, etc.

I suggest you take care of yourself here and now in a warm, pleasant and comfortable way.

Magnesium supplementation in the form of a home bath.

In order to supplement Magnesium in the body, I recommend magnesium baths, which will naturally ensure the application of an optimal dose of the mineral through the surface of the skin. This is my favourite way to apply supplementation in this particular form, as it does not burden the stomach or other internal organs. This method is particularly recommended by non-conventional medicine. To do this, get magnesium chloride flakes (available in pharmacies, herbal shops) and baking soda. Before taking a magnesium bath, it is good to wash beforehand and it is best to do it in the evening after a long day at work.

Making a magnesium bath.

It is very simple to make, because we put 2 glasses of baking soda and 2 glasses of magnesium chloride (in the form of flakes) into a bathtub with warm water. Stay in the bathtub for 30-40 minutes at a time. During this time, it is necessary to add warm water in order to provide yourself with constant comfort of feeling pleasure and warmth. You can also use music therapy and light some candles to further relax your mind and eyes and to make it nice and cosy.

I have mentioned that baking soda should be added to the bath. Well, baking soda opens the pores in the skin which results in better application of Magnesium. Soda does not pinch or irritate the skin, and in fact it heals small inflammations, which additionally improves the appearance of the skin. Try to take such baths systematically, at least twice a week (at the beginning of the treatment), and after a few weeks once a week or once every fortnight will be enough, depending on the needs. The body will be completely relaxed during the bath. Already after the first time, you will be able to observe the effects of Magnesium supplementation, whether in the form of a calmer sleep or through better concentration of the mind, inner peace, contentment and less cramps in the body. Baking soda speeds up the application of the element which further enhances these health-promoting effects. I have been using and preferring this form of treatment with magnesium chloride flakes for several years because I know it is effective.

Magnesium supplementation in the form of floating.

In conclusion, as a curiosity I would like to add that therapeutic offices with floating offer have appeared on our market. It is nothing else than deep relaxation and replenishment of the element through comfortable drifting on your back on the surface of water. Throughout the entire procedure, the water has a constant temperature close to the temperature of our skin. This is of great importance as we do not pay attention to physical factors at all during our stay in the water. Our senses are redirected to a feeling of deep comfort and relaxation. The water with dissolved magnesium salt is approx. 30 cm deep and is located in a special lockable capsule, which inside resembles a large bathtub. Usually there is 0.5 tonne of salt dissolved in such a bathtub, so this is a method for "turbo charging" yourself with magnesium. The floating effect is caused by high salinity (as in the Dead Sea). This leads to a complete relieving of the spine. All muscles are relaxed during the treatment. The whole body is regenerated. Nervous tensions are eliminated. The interior of the capsule has a cosmic atmosphere. The ceiling has lighting effects reminiscent of a starry night sky. Relaxing and soft music can be heard in the capsule, so if you like to meditate, you can definitely use this form of altered spiritual state, as the internal conditions are ideal for it. These bathing procedures are especially popular among athletes, because this professional group has a large loss of magnesium after exhausting trainings and competitions. These floating capsules are also increasingly popular with other social groups. They are especially recommended for stressed and tired people and those who have problems with joints and spine. I had an opportunity to try this form of magnesium supplementation, so I know what a "kick" a person gets after a single floating. Already after the first treatment, I noticed a significant improvement of my emotional state. I felt inner joy, peace, total relaxation and lightness of body.

I recommend trying it yourself and comparing floating (in the office) with magnesium bath (done at home). It is a very interesting experience, however I prefer gradual supplementation of this element at home. Of course I will use floating whenever I feel the need to benefit from quick regeneration of my body, especially after exhausting sport trainings. Both a magnesium bath at home and floating in the office are wonderful therapeutic forms for improving mental, emotional, energetic and physical health.

I wish you all an improvement in your mental and physical well-being with a warm and pleasant magnesium supplement!
